How to cancel an order?

An order can be canceled by a customer sending an email to care@shiffone.com from the registered email address mentioning the reason & order number.

What are the conditions under which a customer can initiate an Order Cancellation?

  • Those orders which have not been shipped from our end can be canceled.
  • A cancellation request must be initiated within 2 hours of placing the order.

If the order has already been dispatched, can a customer still Cancel the Order?

  • Once the order is dispatched, Cancellation of the Order is not possible.

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your Shiffone Order using the following process:

  • Send an email to care@shiffone.com giving the following information:
  • Subject Line: Order Cancellation for SHxxxx
  • The body of the email should have feature following information:
    • Customer Name:
    • Product to be cancelled
    • Date of purchase
    • Date of delivery
    • Mode of payment
    • Order Confirmation received at the time of placing the order
    • Reason for Order Cancellation
  • Once the email is sent in the above format, a reply will be received from care@shiffone.com  to confirm the receipt of the order cancellation.

Return Policy

What is a Return Request?

Return Request is a request from the customer’s end to return the Product after it has been delivered to the customer and get a refund for the Product.

What are the conditions for the processing of a return request?

  • The customer must initiate a Return Request within 24 hours of receiving the Product.
  • Following are the conditions where a Return Request can be initiated from the customer’s end
    • Product Specifications received differ from those mentioned on the Product Page at the time of order.
    • The Product received is damaged.
    • The Product received is different from the Product which was ordered
    • Once the customer receives the order, if the Product is unopened with the seal, price tag and Product intact (making it fit for resale),

What are the conditions under which a Return Request cannot be processed?

Return requests cannot be processed for the following conditions:

  • Any damage caused due to normal wear and tear,
  • Improper usage
  • Unauthorized Modifications made to the Product
  • Used Product won't be accepted for a Return Request under any circumstances.
  • Please ensure you check the Product ordered, as it can not be returned because " you don't like it."

What are the steps to be followed for processing a Return Request?

  • To initiate the Return process, the customer must send an email to care@shiffone.com mentioning the following details:
    • Subject Line: Return Request for Order ID: SLxxxx
    • High-definition video and pictures of the Product with accessories and outer packaging.
    • A detailed description of the fault in the Product and the reason for initiating the return request.
  • Based on the mail received from the customer, there will be the following outcomes:
    • Customers can send the Product back to the below address by properly packing the Product along with its accessories, price tags, user manuals and all the other contents of the order as received at the time of delivery of the Product.

  • However, if the customer sends the Product using his/her shipping method, Shiffone will not take any responsibility for any in-transit damage. The customer is requested to ensure that the Product is packed properly so that the Product reaches us in the same condition as received by the customer.
  • You may also initiate a return request by requesting a reverse pick-up of the Product. Charges for the same will be INR 200 + GST.
  • Once we have received the Product, we will send a confirmation that the Product is received, and the process is initiated.
  • If the return request is approved, we will notify you and the refund will be initiated and sent to the customer via the original mode of payment within 10 business days.
    • Customers who have used COD as a mode of payment need to share on their return request the following details:
      • Customer Name (as per Customer Bank Details)
      • Bank Name
      • Account Number
      • IFSC Code
  • There may be external factors like Bank delays, weekends or holidays which can impact the refund process. If you don’t hear from us within 30 days, please email us at care@shiffone.com.
